That’s Conan O’Brien talking to his stalker David Ajemian (upper left over the bald guy’s head). The meeting took place late September 2006 at the opening of the Cor Unum Meal Center in Lawrence, MA.
Below is Ajemian demonstrating the wrong way to hold a martini glass. Remember kids: the stem is your friend.

I’m sorry, I can’t accept this. I work in photography and image editing - this looks rather fishy to me. Can you explain why the only person in the crowd who is blurry happens to be “Conan”? I think you got ripped off when you acquired this image.

Actually, then entire photo is very slightly blurred, which makes it look MORE authentic, not less.
Fish-eye lens blur is common with non-natural lighting and shutter speeds are faster - again, causes a picture that isn’t as sharp.
Any real photo editor knows that photoshopping tends to create a sharper grain contrast rather than blur an image. Things like light sourcing, color tone, grainy edges, etc are tip-offs to photoshopping, and this photo doesn’t have those characteristics.
Go a size bigger on those panties Jean… and by the way… .

If I were the handsome guy with the pursed lips, I would be very worried…looks like that handshake has got father transfixed.
I personally know both Conan and David, as I was best friends with David’s brother growing up, and was in the Harvard Lampoon with Conan. This thing has been blown way out of proportion. David is just a former classmate of Conan’s blowing off steam (albeit in an inappropriate way) because Conan dissed him by not acknowleding his existance. David wasn’t a random psycho, he was in Conan’s house at Harvard (they overlapped for a year), and Conan (apparently) even lives in the building where David grew up. David’s notes were meant only for Conan, whom David (incorrectly perhaps) assumed would recognize his threats as sarcasm and bizarre humor given the fact that David was a classmate and a priest (and a generally gentle guy). Yes, David is a bit disturbed and misguided, but by no means violent or psychotic. And he didn’t get “nabbed trying to enter Conan’s taping”, he had a ticket and was waiting in line with everyone else, when he was pulled aside. If David wasn’t a priest, this wouldn’t even be news.
That’s a real photo people.
And what you also don’t know is that he was set up by a few moderators from the nbc.com board and their clique companions - They turned on him more than a year ago, and reported him to nbc security who has been on alert ever since.

Recently this same mod told me to “fuck her sideways” before my account got suspended.
From the NBC board after Fr. Dave’s arrest — Posted by Late Night Goddess (Moderator). The topic was set up as a place to bash Padre. I managed to copy a portion before it was later deleted.
“He used to post (troll) on this message board and talk about writing to / stalking Conan. It even got to the point where we (the mods on the board) reported him to NBC security, so they had an eye out for him should he ever try to attend the show, which he’d talked about doing. I am really freaked out to see that he actually carried any of this out. He’s clearly not well.

That was his main (or first) screen name, though he had 4 or 5 screen names (and corresponding multiple personalities — some of which would defend padre’s “sanity” to us). He mainly carried on conversations consisting of mumbo-jumbo and binary code with himself, in addition to harassing/stalking/insulting us… which we tried to tell the admins but didn’t get anywhere with that. (I have the exact words “harassing” & “stalking” in a PM to an admin about him that I saved - which is what he’s now being accused of doing to Conan.)

Yeah he even talked about meeting Conan’s parents at a parish function (I think) on this board. And he said he was writing Conan letters about things like his baseball predictions and sending them to his home address. (I think he said he used to live in the same building Conan does). Though I didn’t know he used parish stationary or that he was being serious. He also talked about how they attended Harvard at the same time.
I’m pretty sure he posted something threatening on the board, which is why we had to contact NBC security, after the admins hadn’t really done anything with our concerns about him in general. (Part of the problem was he’d went back and deleted a lot of his incriminating posts himself after we repeatedly called him on their general inappropriateness — this was before the admins took away the members’ ability to delete/edit their own posts.) All I know is we were pretty freaked out, I tried to erase it all out of my brain, and since I hadn’t seen him around here in a while, I thought he’d given up on the whole Conan fixation. I guess I was wrong. Anyway, I hope somebody with some authority finally has the situation under control.
From one of his letters to Conan: “Even if I did once look out on that dark and dreaded doorway on West 72 Street, remember Frank Costello once dodged a bullet in your building, and so can you.” “The gangster Frank Costello was shot and wounded in the lobby of the Majestic on West 72nd Street in 1957.”(NY Times) …….
LNG: I was just looking at his last posts, and I think this was one of the main “threat” moments when we realized we needed to take him seriously-

LNG: This is when he finally lost it, it seems, from 3/24/07, though this wasn’t the first time he admitted we were right about him assuming multiple identities the board:

[I witnessed the discussions going back and forth that day, and you could clearly tell he was being sarcastic. They were accusing him of being a liar, and they were so obsessed with the writers of the Conan O’Brien show that they had little interest in learning about the things in life that matter most, especially from a Roman Catholic Priest. LNG is an expert at manipulation.]
This email was sent to me from one of the nbc board members:
“Mags-
Hi! I really appreciate the email. It was so, so thoughtful of you. It’s really comforting to know that I have someone to talk to about recent things. I’m not freaked out about anything now. I never really was, I guess it was because I heard the news about Padre in the middle of a panic attack. (College is harder than anyone told me it would be.) In general, he has never made me feel anything negative. I always liked communicating with Padre on the boards. We had really amusing (I guess you can call them childish, like you said) inside jokes. I just feel horrible about the way he has been treated by the board people because his intentions are good, that I know of. I wish him all the best. I’m glad that you’ve spoken with him and seen him recently. I think this “scandal” is like any other: blown out of proportion. The Padre that I know and the Padre that I heard on the news is totally different. I’ll only think of him as the nice person who gave me good advice and helped me beat the SATS at its own game. I guess all in all, an (internet) father-figure. I must say, ever since I posted again on the boards and got some feedback, I’ve been sleeping better at night. I hope you’re doing well too.
