It actually looks like Kendra may be struggling with anorexia or be taking some methamphetamines. If you view the solo picture of her, you can see the characteristic lanugo hair forming on her face secondary to being underweight. The body grows this hair to insulate itself when significant body fat (insulation) is lost. Too bad she is becoming a victim of circumstance..hopefully she gets some help soon before it gets too out of control.

Holy shit, WTF happened to Kendra. She looks Horrible. It looks like she’s had some work done. Her hair looks so boring and blah, Looks like she’s had her teeth done typical veneer smile, Her nose looks weird and her face is all sunken in. Plus she’s lost her glow she looks tired and worn out. Plus she’s only like 22 years old but it looks like she’s aged 10 years over night from the last time i saw her. She looks almost as fake as holly. Poor girl, as soon as the money starts coming in they all ruin themselves. In general, for all three of them, this is a VERY unflattering picture. I also agree Kendra, arguably the best looking of the bunch, looks completely different than in the show…..honestly these girls are not going to age well.
Oh boy!! Kendra is a perfectionist and she is seeking perfection but on her journey she is losing herself. I noticed the dramatic loss of weight way back from season 1 to season 2. She lost her fuller face which youth is associated with(she looked gorgeous then). She is trying to appear alot more sophisticated(prob trying to compete w/Holly) and I always saw the resemblance to Jenna Jameson who I believe was a beautiful woman at one time. Kendra has def had another nose job. She had already had one previously.I think she is a great girl and it saddens me that such a beautiful girl would be so insecure but I’m sure it’s the competitive environment and Kendra has stated numerous times that she is “competitive”.
