The Bachelor gets beat up

Just one day after appearing on Tuesday’s season finale of The Bachelor (Season 11), the winner of The Bachelor (Season 6) was arrested for assaulting Byron Velvick, the “bachelor” of season 6. ABC News says:
According to her arrest affidavit, Delgado punched her fiancé, former “Bachelor” Byron Velvick and cut his upper lip, causing it to bleed. The report states alcohol was a factor. The report states Delgado admitted to hitting Velvick. Delgado was arrested and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and booked into the Pinellas County Jail around 12:30 am Wednesday. She was released on her own recognizance later that afternoon. (Source)
A sad day for love, really, I thought these two kids would make it. I mean, if a man can’t fun love after weeding through 25 contestant in a series of contrived, made-for-television dates over two months, really where can he find it?
